Creative Workshop: Meeting Our Chains in Nicosia

A free creative workshop in Nicosia on 13 December 2025 exploring personal “chains” through movement, storytelling and reflection. The workshop invites participants into a playful, creative and reflective space to explore their own “chains,” inner strength and possibilities for renewal. Through creative movement, storytelling, theatrical improvisation and collective reflection, we’ll gently question what holds us back and open pathways to new perspectives.
